Centre of Excellence |
Comprehensive offering targeting the readiness and certification of a Customer/Partner to independently operate an automation Centre of Excellence. Includes VRS Consulting, Coached Project and Developer Support. |
Pilot |
Referred to as a pilot, NICE delivers the first automated processes (minimal licences), targeting reasonable scope and complexity with tangible ROI. Ideally requiring development time of 4 weeks or less per process. |
Coached Project |
Customer/Partner BA and Developers who are certified and ready to deliver their first automation project require mentoring by NICE on scoping, design, development, test, and automation rollout. Delivered by both VRS and Services. |
VRS Package |
Bespoke training/consultancy package for a customer or partner looking to rollout automations (that equate to a larger rollout than the pilot), including design, pre/post implementation, change management, CoE, and training. |
Developer Support |
A package that should be a default offering in any new (and existing) project, whereby any Customer/Partner Developer has access a Developer Support Service to complement Product Support already offered. |
Infrastructure Installation |
In most cases, infrastructure installation is part of a NICE automation project, however in other cases, a Customer/Partner will ask NICE to install the servers, while automation is delivered by someone else. |
Partner Ride Along |
Partner enablement consisting of a leaner coached project which provides mentoring by NICE through scoping, design, development and go live for their first automation delivery. |
